Now that the balance has been restored and Tsunami is about to be queen, the third queen candidate Romio shows up. Romio launches her new plan and suddenly the balance is off again. Lady the Left and Lady the Right arrive at Sasami's elementary school and start wreaking havoc. And now there's a third magical girl: Love Me Eimi!!

Misao volunteers her dad's personal song and also to play piano. Sasami tries to find Misao's dad with hopes that he can attend. But he's hard to track. Sammy accidentally teleports away from the action, and the Lady Left and Right continue to destroy the school and the earth. Looks like trouble! Fortunately a guest from Juraihelm helps Sammy save the day.24The Moon Must Be Hell!1997-03-1430 minRomio fires her magic cannon which pushes the Earth away from Juraihelm, but towards the sun! Pretty Sammy and her classmates try to figure out what to do. Washu comes up with a rocket that will take them to Juraihelm, and Ginji gets to pilot it. Washu, Ginji, Pretty Sammy, and Ryo-Ohki hop aboard. Misao wants to help out too and transforms into Pixy Misa. She finds a way to space travel to Juraihelm as well.25New Technology1997-03-2130 minPretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki are on Juraihelm and are making their way to the castle. Romio summons some squid monsters to attack Sammy and then sucks the magic out of Sammy with the NT System! What will Sasami do now? Will Pixy Misa and the others be able to help?26Magical Victory1997-03-2830 minIt's the final showdown between the magical girls vs Romio. Pixy Misa and Rumiya fight Romio while Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki storm the base to find and disable the NT system. To make things worse, Romio still has her magical cannon charged up. Will Romio's plans for destroying the earth prevail or will the magical girls save the world?

In the magical kingdom Juraihelm, Tsunami is in line to be crowed queen but must complete a test first. She must choose someone to make the world a better place. Sasami is given the task of delivering a CD from her mother's store to a spooky mansion. When she gets there she is met by Tsunami who tells her she will become a magical girl. She endows Sasami with magical powers and sends Ryo-Okhi with her as a guide. Matters are not easy, however, as Tsunami's rival, Ramia, wants the crown and will do anything she can, including creating her own magical girl, Pixy Misa, to stop Tsunami from being crowned.
