While searching for a cause to the disappearances, Souma and Touka Kureha meet a catgirl named Mao, who is from a different world. His attempt fails as neither one of them will budge. Now with the final battle between the two starting, Souma must make an attempt to stop them once more.8Knight x Zero2007-05-2525 minAfter the major events in the previous episode, Zero recounts to Souma his past, and how he became the guardian of End Earth. Later, Mao and Souma fight together against Zeed.11Spirit x Witch2007-06-1525 minLassi guides the group to meet the elf Kiriya but when Xecty is prevented from releasing the tower of wind`s power by Killrain they decide to storm the place and liberate Saionji. Along the way they also restore Hiruda back to normal.12Light x Darkness2007-06-2225 minAfter fighting their way towards Saionji, the group is unable to pierce the barrier protecting him. That is until Hiruda arrives. Meanwhile, Killrain is revealed to be possessed.13World x Heart2007-06-2925 minThe group are finally able to defeat Er Fahren and liberate Killrain`s soul. After finding a way home Souma decides to stay in End Earth leaving only Kiriya, Seena and Kureha to return to their own world.

Mysterious disappearances are occurring one after the other in Tatsumi Town. Kiriya has a vision from a mysterious beautiful girl with pointy ears. A book talking for an alternative world is found. And Mao searching for her long lost friend, Zero, comes to our world. But what she didn’t expect is to find Souma and Kureha, and even less, to accidentally take them to her world. Now, Souma and Kureha have to find a way to come back. But other forces are playing their part in the darkness and Souma with Kureha will find that going back is harder than they first anticipated.
