The next day, his mother tells him that the schools have been closed due to a winter storm. Noriyasu attempts to erase the drawing, but this fails to stop the weather. The entire town becomes encased in ice as the storm continues unchecked, and Harebuta and Noriyasu must find a way to stop the endless winter.
