Yamato, Gray, and Bull run into Wen and Li on Delta Rock where they must B-DaBattle them in order to save Chrome Zephyr from a pillar of ice. If Yamato and Bull can't defeat Wen and Li, Gray will lose Chrome Zephyr forever. But things get a lot more difficult when both Wen and Li combine their B-Damans to form Bakurekuso.

Only the best 16 players can go to the semi-finals, the first challenge was ""Shoot the Gap,"" Li, Wen, Gray, Terry, and an unknown player named X received a perfect 100 score. However, Yamato, before shooting a B-DaBall, bumped the table and accidentally knocked down 90 pins (there were 100 in total and 10 managed to stand). The story of B-Daman is set in a world where the old west and mysticism collide. The people of the B-Dawolrd have played the sport of B-Daman since ancient times. While many are spectators of the sport only very few have what it takes to become a B-Daplayer and only one can become the B-Dachampion. A young boy by the name of Yamato Delgado has been chosen to wield the most powerful B-Daman? COBALT BLADE. Yamato must use COBALT BLADE to compete in B-Daman tournaments and defeat the evil B-Daplayers of the Shadow Alliance.
