Romanov is tightening the screws on the entire nation, confiscating RideBacks and preparing to crush any opposition. Meanwhile, Rin and Tamayo remain in hiding, causing their friends to grow concerned for their safety.

2Challenge from Tamayo!? S.L.F - Spread Legs Form2009-01-1825 minRin agrees to race Tamayo, the club leader and national Rideback champion. She impresses Tamayo who decides to train her as a Rideback driver.
3And There’s the Flag2009-01-2525 minRin and Tamayo enter the All-Japan championship race. Rin has some trouble with her Rideback: Balon. She eventually makes a comeback from last place to fourth but is force to retire on the last lap. Tamayo wins the race.
4A Close Call for Shoko2009-02-0125 minShouko goes shopping. There is a terrorist attack at the new GGP commander's inauguration ceremony and Shouko is taken hostage. Rin goes to Shouko's rescue on Fuego, evading both the terrorists and the army. She is eventually cornered by the army but saved by a mysterious man on a Rideback.
5The Mysterious RideBack Girl2009-02-0825 minRin breaks through GGP's siege and joins up with the members of the "Ride Back" club. He feels strange that Okakura, who is usually the most calm, has become violently agitated. On the other hand, the situation surrounding the "Rideback Club" is changing every moment. The girls are monitored from a casting point where Okakura's presence cannot be thought of as a coincidence. And while Rin feels sorry for Shoko, who has felt a distance from her since the incident, she thinks about the true nature of the exhilaration she felt while riding the Fuego.
6The Lightning-Fast RideBack2009-02-1525 minA RideBack gang is on a crime spree, targeting police and civilians alike. When Rin learns that her brother is among the thugs, it’s bad enough. When she sees the action taken by the government against the group, it gets even worse.
7Crime and Punishment2009-02-2325 minRin is in custody, set to be handed over to the GGP. Overwhelmed by feelings of guilt, she wants no part of the conspiracy in which she is caught - but the BMA soon forces her deeper into the fray.
8Get Ride! The Chosen One2009-03-0225 minKiefer helps Rin understand the connection she shares with Fuego. Later, after the BMA compound comes under attack by the GGP, Kiefer’s intentions become crystal clear to Romanov.

Tamayo and Rin head toward the city while an anti-GGP protest begins. While on the train, they see Suzuri who is mistaken for the mysterious female Rideback and is pursued by the GGP white rides. Suzuri is killed as she attempts to escape. A devastated Rin claims that both her and Tenshirō's obsession with Ridebacks killed Suzuri.

As BMA beings their attack, Rin and Tamayo prepare to escape with a helicopter, Rin has a flashback and decides that she can't leave. The BMA base is overrun by new autonomous Rideback models, but Rin and Tamayo manage to escape on their Ridebacks.

In the midst of the firefight, GGP is ordered to stand down. Kiefer and Romanof have a face off, however, Romanof is shot by a GGP officer. Meanwhile, Rin leads the Ridebacks to the location where Suzuri died and fights them. She "dances"/rides with Feugo, and it's beautiful.
