Tamama makes friends with a boy he sees practicing his soccer moves everyday. He joins the boy in his daily routine, and even teaches him his trademark Jealousy Ball, adapted for soccer into the Jealousy Shoot - which destroys the boy's old soccer ball by accident. However, nothing goes to plan and the special romantic moment is shared by the Red and Green Alien instead. Momoka's snowy mountain complex forms the backdrop as Keroro and Fuyuki go to battle in winter sports, but one unexplained phenomena after another (a freak updraft, a stray missile, a bobsled rail coming off for no reason) threaten to throw the competition into disarray.
